El Submarino

This one’s a super easy and fun way to serve hot chocolate! Originating from Argentina, El Submarino is actually just a mug of hot milk served with some chunks of dark chocolate on the side. All you have to do is heat a mug of milk until it is just about to boil, stir in some vanilla and sugar and pour it in a big mug. Then, drop a chunk of dark chocolate into it and give it a little mix. Easy peasy!

Peppermint Hot Chocolate

Whether you love the minty aftertaste or are just in a festive mood, peppermint hot chocolate will soothe your senses like nothing else. To make it, you’ll need to combine sugar, cream, milk and vanilla in a saucepan and bring it up to a boil. Pour it into a mug and top it with some candy canes and marshmallows.
